Due to the made-to-order aspect of our items, purchases are final sale unless items are received damaged/not as advertised. If this is the case, please contact us with the issue and detailed pictures so we can remedy the situation immediately - we will accept these returns within 7 days from the delivery date. Our customers satisfaction is a top priority!

Damages and issues
